for Applying Project Evaluation - CAPE
- Initially
developed through SEIR*TEC to help recipients of Enhancing
Education Through Technology (EETT) grants evaluate
their projects, CAPE has been developed into a full
suite of resources, tools, and professional development
activities designed to assist program and project
leaders in collecting and analyzing data they can
use in making decisions about the implementation of
their projects. The framework's elements can be easily
adapted for the evaluation of other types of grants
and school improvement initiatives.

- As a result of SEIR*TEC's
work at various school sites during the first project period,
we found several valuable tools that are particularly useful
in helping districts and schools create strategic educational
technology plans. In chapter
seven find tools to help guide you through the process
of developing an evaluation plan, collect data, and analyze
